1w Match is a mobile Match-3 puzzle game that provides entertainment through gameplay mechanics including:

• Match-3 puzzle gameplay with survival mechanics
• Score tracking and leaderboards
• Game statistics and progress tracking
• Offline gameplay capabilities

The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by analytics and performance monitoring. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18 years old, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

7.2 No Virtual Currency

The current version of 1w Match does not include virtual currencies, in-app purchases, or paid content. All game features are available without payment.

7.3 Game Modifications

We reserve the right to modify game mechanics, scoring systems, or any other aspect of the gameplay at our discretion. Such modifications may affect existing game progress.

8. Third-Party Services and Content

Our Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, websites, or content. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

• AppsFlyer: Used for analytics and attribution
• Google Play Services: For app distribution and device features
• Third-party libraries: Various open-source and commercial libraries

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 No Warranty of Availability

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your own risk.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1w Match, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application from your device.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

• Sufficient storage space for installation and game data
• Compatible screen resolution and touch input

We strive to make our Service accessible to users with disabilities but do not guarantee compliance with all accessibility standards.

16. Export Control and Legal Compliance

The Service may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export control laws, when using the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country subject to embargo
• You are not listed on any government restricted party list
• You will not use the Service for any prohibited purposes
